We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with exceptional multi-channel campaign management skills to join our fast-paced, dynamic team working out of our Guildford, Surrey office. You'll demonstrate a real enthusiasm for all things digital and online marketing, including, but not limited to, inbound and content marketing, websites, analytics, digital advertising, SEM/SEO, PPC, social, marketing automation and more…
You'll create, plan, budget, manage and report on a wide range of digital marketing activity, working closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing and the rest of the marketing team, to ensure the delivery of integrated digital campaigns, designed to create visibility of IDBS and our offering, and deliver Marketing Engaged Leads (MELs) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into the business.
Metrics and analytics driven, you'll clearly demonstrate and report on the value of, and return from, digital marketing activity, using the business’ current reporting and martech tools as well as the Google analytics suite.
You'll be proactive, creative, a team player and a good communicator, with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and a strong sense of accountability.
As the driver of targeted digital campaigns, you'll ensure they stay on track, on budget and on time. In a busy marketing team, and being involved in many different campaigns at the same time, you'll be able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple threads of activity, be highly motivated, naturally curious and willing to explore new methods, media and technologies to support and advance IDBS’s strong digital marketing focus.
You'll have previous experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment or life sciences. You'll also understand global marketing, digital and inbound marketing for different audiences and different geographical regions.
